On July 4, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Public Law 119-21) became law. Section 71301 limits the government tax credits that pay for Marketplace health plans. Starting January 1, 2027, only these groups can get that help:
Workers on temporary visas, including H-2A and H-2B, can no longer get this help in any state, so we have closed health insurance sign-ups. Already have a health plan with us? It stays active until December 31, 2026. Hurt on the job? Your employer's workers' compensation insurance still covers work injuries.

It applies in every state, so we have closed health insurance sign-ups. We cannot offer these plans again unless the federal law changes.
Yes. Health plans we enrolled stay active until December 31, 2026. If you need a doctor visit, a checkup or a prescription refill, get it before then. Coverage ends on January 1, 2027.

Ameritas offers day-one dental coverage. Your plan starts on the date you pick when you enroll. Processing can take up to five business days, so if you have an appointment right away, call Ameritas at (800) 300-9566 to verify your benefits.
Injuries on the job are covered by your employer's workers' compensation insurance. That has not changed.
